After leaving the Navy in 1968 came back to Denver and went to school.  Joined Denver Police Dept 1971 and worked there for 33 years, retiring in 2004.  Worked about everywhere on department, Commander Homicide, Narcotics, Internal
Affairs... ended by starting Front Range Drug Task Force and Fugitive Task Force my last five years.  After retiring moved to Cedaredge, Colorado (small town in Western Colorado). We live on the fourth fairway of Deer Creek Golf Course.  Fifteen minutes from the top of the Grand Mesa and 300 lakes.  We golf, fish, ATV, travel and enjoy Western Colorado.  We're 60 miles from Grand Junction.  Started working for Colorado Bureau of Investigation after leaving Denver and was Agent in Charge of Western Colorado for last 5 years.  As of two weeks ago (December 2009) I retired from full-time and now work part time as major crimes investigator for CBI (nine days a month) YIPPEE.

Married in 1972 to Sharon, an RN from South Dakota.  Have five boys, 35, 33, 25, 23,23.  Oldest is software engineer, next is police officer, next a kitchen manager. Of the last two (twins), one is still in school to become a counselor and the other graduates from Colorado State University next week and then off to Navy OCS in the Spring.

From looking at some of the photos on the web page, you guys have really changed.  Amazingly, I look exactly as I did then.  Other than gray hair, fifty pounds, glasses, wrinkles, etc.
